Founder, Focused Elevation

With over 15 years of experience in customer service and 8 years in the hospitality industry, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful great leadership, strong systems, and a connected team can be.

My most formative years were spent supporting restaurant operators as a third-party brand advisor, where I worked alongside leaders to strengthen back-of-house processes, elevate the guest experience, and build thriving team cultures. That work lit a fire in me — the kind that comes from seeing people grow, discover their potential, and lead with purpose.

I launched Focused Elevation to pursue that passion full-time: walking with leaders and teams toward higher levels of excellence, impact, and connection. My approach is collaborative, hands-on, and rooted in empathy and self-discovery. I believe in guiding, not prescribing — because the best solutions come from within.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me spending time with my family or out on the open sea — cruising is my favorite way to unwind and refocus.
